Brian Rogers, CEO

Brian Rogers is a well known name in the Physician recruitment arena. With 20 years of experience and hundreds of client and physician references, his name is synonymous with trust and hard work. Brian is one of the only individuals in Physician recruitment who has had the privilege of training and working with both Jack Coker and Rick Jackson.

 

Brian begin his career with start-up “Horizon Healthcare Group” before being lured to Merritt Hawkins where he spent 6 years as a Director and Vice President. After a couple of years with Monster.com, a fortune 500 company in the Job Board industry, Brian again came back to Physician Recruitment as a Partner and EVP with Jackson and Coker.

 

In starting MDmoving Brian has stated that he was looking for a way to TRULY put the client first and share the risk of the difficult task of recruiting Physicians. Now, three years later MDmoving has become a recognized organization in the market place. Again, our name is one you can trust.

 

 

 

Matt Clay, Director of Marketing

Matt Clay leads the Sales and Marketing efforts for MDMsearch. He has nearly twenty years of sales, marketing, and customer service experience across various industries. Matt’s recruiting experience began as a Search Consultant for a major physician search firm. This experience led to management and leadership roles for an executive search firm as well as Monster.com’s eResourcing division.

 

An entrepreneur at heart, Mr. Clay left staffing and joined a family business managing all sales and marketing efforts as part of a top-rated national franchise. While appreciative of this experience Matt knew “one day” a return to Physician Recruitment was certain to happen. MDMsearch provides the perfect platform for Matt to combine his experience along with his entrepreneurial drive. Matt is a native of Lexington, KY and graduate of The University of Kentucky. He resides in Atlanta with his wife Loreal and their miniature schnauzer “Doppler.” In his spare time he enjoys boating, working out, travel, college football and of course college basketball.

 

 

Josh Wolters, Director of Recruitment

Josh Wolters came to MDMsearch approx 2 years ago and has become the Director of the Recruitment Dept. Josh has a degree from Minnesota State University in Business Administration. Upon graduating in 2007 Josh was fortunate to secure a position in a sport he loves, baseball. He joined the Anaheim Angels Double A farm club out of Little Rock Arkansas where he learned the business side of baseball.

 

Josh was an instant success with clients at MDMsearch, due perhaps to his small town farming community, help anyone out attitude, or maybe his endless work hours on relatives’ farms in Minnesota. Or even the never-ending job of the baseball club where he routinely put in 70-80 hour weeks. His passion is collecting sports memorabilia and Josh has a large, impressive collection of autographs including Harmon Killebrew, Rod Carew, Fergie Jenkins, and Joe Mauer.

 

 

 

Erik Simmons, Research Director

Erik Simmons joined MDMsearch approx 1 year ago. Erik has a music background and was lead singer and guitarist for several local area bands. He also has a strong sales and business administration background. He recently worked for UPS and brings excellent communication skills and work ethic to MDMsearch.

 

Erik’s passions are music and water sports. He lives on Lake Lanier where he is refurbishing his houseboat. Erik strives in every aspect of his life and career to promote growth, vision, and direction. He ensures that Research Division continually brings forth quality candidates for our clients. Erik’s dedication to his clients and to his career has brought him to where he is today, MDMsearch.
